Arrive Los Angeles airport before 1400 hours. You will be met by your experienced Tour Manager in the arrivals areas. Board your coach, get comfortable and set off on your discovery of the West Coast of USA with Airtours Holidays. Check into your hotel and relax.
Later, visit Santa Monica and enjoy the beach. After which head for dinner.

The day is set off with a delightful breakfast in your hotel.

City tour of Los Angeles. Onto Solvang.
A beautiful journey awaits as you dig into your breakfast and check out of your hotel this morning. Proceed on a sightseeing tour of the city. Los Angeles is a sprawling Southern California city and the center of the nation’s film and television industry. Near its iconic Hollywood sign, studios such as Paramount Pictures, Universal and Warner Brothers offer behind-the-scenes tours. On Hollywood Boulevard, TCL Chinese Theatre displays celebrities’ hand- and footprints, the Walk of Fame honors thousands of luminaries and vendors sell maps to stars’ homes. As you drive along toward Solvang, enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Arrive Solvang, a typical Danish settlement. The historic Danish village of Solvang offers the best of the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara wine country in a relaxed and peaceful setting. Indulge in authentic Danish pastries at the world-famous bakeries. Stroll through the village and admire the old-world European architecture, plus find the perfect souvenir at a variety of charming boutiques and shops.

Drive along the scenic 17 Mile Drive. Arrive San Francisco.
Enjoy breakfast and head to SanFrancisco
Enroute enjoy lunch.
Thereafter drive along the most scenic coastal
stretch – the 17 Mile Drive. Also visit the Silicon
Valley and see the Facebook, Google and Apple offices
from outside if time permits.
Arrive San Francisco, home to a
little bit of everything. No matter if this is your first time
visit or visiting to renew an old acquaintance. The city never ceases to surprise.

Tour of San Francisco
After breakfast, proceed on a guided tour of the city. Start at Fisherman's Wharf One of San Francisco's most popular destinations - from beautiful old shipyards, to Boudin's Bakery and the smell of fresh clam chowder, and of course, the sea lions of Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf has it all.

After lunch, enjoy the Bay Cruise. Off from Pier 39, where the sea lions have taken over a whole marina and the sea otters are seen frolicking around, you will pass on the lee side of Alcatraz to be greeted by sea gulls. See the beautiful seaside towns of Tiburon and Sausalito as you sail past and experience the current in Raccoon Straight as you pass under the Golden Gate Bridge, with the fresh ocean breeze kissing your face. Onto Lake Tahoe
Check out after breakfast and drive to Lake Tahoe. The first glimpse of Lake Tahoe will leave you spellbound. A shimmering emerald blue expanse, surrounded by Alpine peaks!!
Enjoy lunch and head for a cruise of the Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay on Lake Tahoe is one of the most photographic and breath-taking bays in the region. We have reserved a spot for a sightseeing cruise which includes an informative video presentation that discusses how the bay was formed with the picturesque mountains as backdrop.

After breakfast this morning, check out and drive to Las Vegas – the City of Sin! Enjoy lunch and then proceed on an orientation tour of Las Vegas.

Take a helicopter flip to see all the shimmer and dazzle from a different perspective. See the musical fountains at the Bellagio, enjoy the psychedelic light show at the Strip – where the city of Vegas actually started and more……

IMPORTANT
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 20 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 20 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard Check in at hotels is 1400/1500 hours and check out is 1100/1200 hours
- Check for detail cancellation rules in our booking form.
- Updating of Mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion to confirm the same.
- Keeping in view of Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
- The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays are not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situations arises out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
POINTS TO BE NOTED
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
- Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Air Tours Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline.
- The Tour Cost is combination of all the arrangement and hence cannot be calculated on individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated on individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case any of the guest cancel the reservations sharing room together.

MEDICAL INSURANCE :

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour..
In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
Single Room Supplement Charges will be applicable in case any of the client cancels the booking of sharing the room together.
