Welcome to Dubrovnik – entry point to the beautiful country of Croatia. On arrival, meet your tour representative in the arrival area.

Thereafter, proceed on a city tour of Dubrovnik with a local, English speaking guide. Beautifully situated on a promontory jutting into the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik was once an independent maritime republic rivalling Venice. Enjoy a walking tour with a Local Guide to see the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries, and the impressive ramparts, erected during the crusades to protect the town against land attacks. Also visit the 15th-century Rector’s Palace, (time permitting) built in gothic style, with renaissance and baroque elements, harmoniously combined.

Excursion to Montenegro

After breakfast visit Montenegro on a day trip from Dubrovnik, and discover the delights of the tiny country that’s said to be one of Europe’s best-kept secrets. With a knowledgeable guide, travel around the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Bay of Kotor, then enjoy free time to explore the scenic town of Kotor and Budva. On the way back, cross the Bay of Kotor capture some of the region’s postcard-perfect views.

start your day with your guide on the way out of the city, toward Montenegro. The sights that dot the eastward route are just as captivating as the country’s eventful history. So, sit back, enjoy the views and learn about Montenegro's past and present from your guide. Your first standout sight is the Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage–listed landmark and one of Europe’s southernmost fjords. Look out over the butterfly-shaped bay from the comfort of your coach, and soak up the views of the water, flanked romantically by mountains, hills and a number of pretty settlements, too. Travel through Risan, one of the oldest towns on the bay, and hear how Queen Teuta of the Illyrian dynasty retreated here during the Roman invasion. From Risan, continue to beautiful Kotor, a UNESCO-listed town and your first stop of the day. Hop out of your coach, and enjoy free time to explore tucked-away piazzas, see the sights and we stop at a cafe for lunch. Don’t miss the must-see Cathedral of St Tryphon or the handsome city walls. .After exploring Kotor, take a drive to the town of Budva. Admire glitzy yachts in the marina, or relax on one of the sandy beaches. In the late afternoon, return to Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik to Split

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Split. Follow the Dalmatian coast, heading north to Split, the ancient Spalato.

On arrival in Split, after local lunch, your walking tour will take you through the labyrinth of medieval streets within the walls of Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a well-preserved fortress and a living part of the old town, Temple of Jupiter with its impressive basement halls—a filming location in the Game of Thrones.

Tonight enjoy Local / Indian dinner. Check into the hotel.
Overnight in Split (B,LL,D)

Split – Trogir - Zadar

After breakfast, checkout and depart for Zadar enroute visiting Trogir. Both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Explore picturesque Trogir founded by Greek colonist and a major port until Roman times and then continue to Zadar. Enjoy Local Lunch.

Later, proceed for guided walking tour to the main square gives you a good impression of this city with its turbulent history of fighting off the Venetians, crusaders and Turks over the centuries. Do not miss the unique Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun at Zadar’s beautiful waterfront. This is a crossroad where human skills and ideas meet the energy of the sea, waves, high and low tides, a spot for relaxing, thinking and talking along the endless concert of the mystical tones of Nature’s Orchestra. The Greeting to the Sun, right next to the Sea Organ creates a playful game of lights activated by the sunlight saluting “The most beautiful sunset in the world”.

Overnight in Zadar (B,LL,D)

Zadar – Plitvice – Ljubljana.

After breakfast, check out and head inland to peaceful Plitvice and join your local guide for a walking tour of the National Park – famous for its lakes, waterfalls and lush green forests. Discover the beauty of the Croatian countryside as you venture deep into the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Plitvice Lakes National Park, home to tranquil lakes and cascading waterfalls.

During your guided tour, admire fine views over the lakes and forest, and listen as a guide explains the diverse flora and fauna thriving in the lush landscape. Stroll along winding forest parks to sun-lit glades and take a sightseeing boat tour on Kozjak Lake.

Later after the visit and lunch we will continue to Ljubljana.

Overnight at Ljubljana (B,LL,D)

Guided city tour of Ljubljana. Postojna cave. Visit the town of Bled.

After a buffet breakfast, proceed on a guided city tour of this romantic city situated on the banks of the Ljubljanica River. Visit the Preseren Square and Triple Bridge, Baroque Town Hall, Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Dragon Bridge, etc. Continue sightseeing with the funicular to the medieval Ljubljana Castle. Climb the stairs to Ljubljana castle tower and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of old part of the city.

Later continue your journey to the Postojna Caves. Visit the cave by mini train. The cave was discovered in the 17th century, opened to the public in 1819, and is considered the most beautiful in Slovenia.

After a lunch in the cave restaurant proceed to the alpine resort of Bled – which ranks among the most beautiful alpine resorts, renowned for its mild, healing climate and thermal lake water. Embark ‘Pletna’ boat and ride to Bled Island to visit the church of St. Mary and experience the opportunity of making one’s wish come true by ringing the bell in the church.

Onto Zagreb, the Croatian Capital.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Zagreb, Croatian Capital City. Later, join an experienced English speaking local guide to see the sights of Zagreb. During your guided city tour visit the Trg Bana Jelačića - Zagreb’s central square, the St. Mark’s Church - which sports a multi-coloured tile roof constructed in 1880, the Hrvatski Sabor - Croatian Parliament, the Ban´s Palace - now the Presidential Palace, etc. These are just a few sights you will see on your tour of this charming and vibrant capital.

Later, you have some free time to indulge in some shopping of souvenirs and artefacts, to take home as a fond remembrance of your holiday to the Dalmation Coast.

    Medical/Travel Insurance

    It’s very important to find out BEFORE you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. ALWAYS LOOK INTO THE ASPECTS OF COVERING YOUR TRIP FOR UNFORSEEN EVENTS.

    Cost of deviation

    In case you wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.

    Cost of Transfer

    • The individual arrival & departure transfer in case you are not arriving / departing as per group ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE timings.
    • Early Check in / Late Check out at hotels. Standard, International check in time is 1400/1500 hours and check out time is 1100/1200 hours.
    • Any expenses of personal nature such as porter age, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels etc.

    • Group is operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying guests travelling together.


    • All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
    • Standard Check in at hotels is 1400/1500 hours and check out is 1100/1200 hours.

    • Updating of Mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare.

    • Keeping in view of Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
    • The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays are not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situations arises out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.

    • Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same.
    • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same.
    • The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
    • Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
    • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
    • For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
    • The Tour Cost is combination of all the arrangement and hence cannot be calculated on individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated on individually.
    • Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case any of the guests cancels the reservations sharing room together.
    • Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.

    Cancellation due to Border Closures:

    In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Airtours Holidays will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person.

    In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date.

    Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount.
