01

Arrive London! Orientation tour of London

Today, begin your beautiful journey of England, Scotland & Ireland. Arrive at London airport where you will be met by your tour manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Kindly make your own arrangement if you are unable to meet the Tour Manager at the designated time. Later, proceed on an orientation tour. Enjoy local lunch . Then check-in to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.)

02

Guided walking tour of Oxford. Visit Stonehenge. On to Swindon.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Oxford. On arrival, proceed on a guided walking city tour of Oxford – the University town. Take a stroll through the scenic cobbled streets and get acquainted with the historic city. See the Colleges of Oxford University, the oldest university in the English-speaking world. After local lunch , depart for Stonehenge. Sitting atop rugged Salisbury Plain, the 5,000-year-old Stonehenge monument is one of Britain’s most intriguing landmarks. Later drive to Swindon.

03

Stratford-Upon-Avon–visit Shakespeare’s birthplace. On to Coventry.

After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed on your journey towards Stratford-Upon-Avon, one of England’s most historic and vibrant towns and home of the famous playwright and poet William Shakespeare. After local lunch, visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare – ‘a Mecca for all lovers of literature’ to gain an insight into his childhood with its typical birth room, parlour, hall, fire place, kitchen, bedrooms, butchery, and the glove maker’s workshop used by John, Shakespeare’s father. Later drive to Coventry.

04

Lake District - Cruise on the Lake Windermere. On to Glasgow!

After a buffet breakfast, check out & proceed to Lake Windermere - England’s largest lake, in the heart of the Lake District. On arrival, board a ferry to see magnificent views of mountain sceneries, secluded bays, and the many wooded islands. Enjoy local lunch . Drive to Glasgow. Later check-in to the hotel.

05

Visit a famous Scotch Distillery. Guided city tour of Edinburgh. Visit the Edinburgh Castle

After a buffet breakfast proceed to Edinburgh. En route visit a Scotch Distillery and see how the famous Scotch whiskey is manufactured. After local lunch , continue towards Edinburgh. On arrival, embark on a city tour with a local guide to explore the 200-year-old ‘New Town’ with its planned streets and elegant Georgian houses, where many famous writers and inventors lived. See the Waverley Bridge, Grass Market, Lawn Market, John Knox House, Queen Mary’s Bath House, Old Royal High School, St. Andrew Square, etc. Also, see the Royal Mile where the old medieval houses are clustered. Later visit the Edinburgh Castle to see the Scottish Crown Jewels, the delightful St. Margaret’s Chapel, the Stone of Destiny on which previous Scottish Monarchs were crowned and many other historic sites. Later, return to Glasgow.

Ferry to Belfast. Visit Titanic Museum. Orientation tour of Belfast

After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Cairn Ryan to take your ferry to Belfast. On arrival into Belfast proceed to the Titanic Museum. The Titanic Belfast is a visitor attraction and a monument to Belfast’s maritime heritage on the site of the former Harland & Wolff shipyard in the city’s Titanic Quarter where the RMS Titanic was built.  After local lunch , enjoy an orientation tour of Belfast.

Giants Causeway

After breakfast, check out and proceed to explore the Giant’s Causeway. Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, for centuries the Giant’s Causeway has inspired artists, stirred scientific debate, and captured the imagination of all who see it. Why not experience the Giant's Causeway for yourself? Enjoy local lunch and later visit the world-famous basalt columns with an audio guide and go at your own pace. Climb the Shepherd's Steps and hike along the cliff-top trail to get a bird's eye view of the beautiful causeway coast. Unlock the mystery and stories of the landscape in the exhibition area of the award-winning Visitor Centre, which comprises a café serving seasonal, regional fayre, and retail zone where you can pick up locally sourced memories of your causeway trip in the form of beautiful souvenirs and handicrafts.

Galway – Cliffs of Moher - Limerick

After breakfast, check out and drive to Galway, a popular seaside destination on Ireland’s west coast. Admire stunning Irish countryside and drive along the Wild Atlantic Way to the incredible 700-foot-high Cliffs of Moher. Browse intriguing exhibitions in the visitor centre; marvel at the lunar limestone landscape of Burren, renowned for its rare flowers; and absorb the cosmopolitan charm of Galway. Enjoy local lunch and proceed on an orientation tour of the city. Later drive to Limerick and check in to your hotel.

Limerick – Adare – Killorglin – Ring of Kerry – Killarney

A panoramic drive around the island’s southwestern tip which forms the Ring of Kerry. Enjoy a local lunch and later proceed to Killarney.

Killarney – Blarney Castle – Waterford

Some free time here to explore. Enjoy local lunch , before heading for Waterford – home to the world-famous Waterford Crystal. Enjoy an Irish coffee demonstration.

Waterford – Kilkenny – Dublin. Guided tour of Dublin. Trinity College – Book of Kells. Guinness Storehouse.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kilkenny – one of Ireland’s prettiest towns with medieval cobblestones before proceeding to Dublin. On arrival, proceed for a guided city tour of Dublin. Enjoy local lunch and later proceed to the Trinity College – Book of Kells, located in the heart of Dublin City, a walk through the cobbled stones of Trinity College Dublin will bring visitors back to the 18th century, when the magnificent Old Library building was constructed, and which displays the Book of Kells. Later, visit the Guinness Storehouse which explains the history of Guinness. The story is told through various interactive exhibition areas including ingredients, brewing, transport, cooperage, advertising, and sponsorship.

Visit Powerscourt Garden and Powerscourt Waterfalls

After a buffet breakfast, visit the Powerscourt Gardens on the ancient route of Ireland. Marvel at the sublime blend of formal gardens, sweeping terraces, statues and ornamental lakes, secret hollows, and rambling walks. After local lunch visit Powerscourt Waterfalls, a 121-metre high waterfall, on the River Dargle near Enniskerry in County Wicklow, Ireland. Situated at the base of the Glensoulan Valley, the waterfall is overlooked by Djouce 725 metres and Maulin 570 metres. Later, free time for shopping.

  • Cost of deviation :  In case any clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour or would like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of seats & class for the given dates & ticket validity. Kindly also note, the deviation request is to be made at the time of booking.
  • Cost of Transfer : In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival/departure time, which will be conveyed to the clients while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
  • Cost of visas to travel on the tour.
  • Medical/ Travel insurance.
  • Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise shore excursion and any type of beverages in cruise etc. Anything not specified under inclusions.

VISAS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL ON YOUR TOUR

  • USA Citizen : No Visa Required
  • Indian Passport with Green Card:Multiple Entry UK Visa. Passport Holders with Multiple Entry UK Visa do not need a visa to enter Republic of Ireland.
  • Note:Cost of the above-mentioned visas are not included in your tour price.

OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:

    It’s very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries.  We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED

  • Only fully vaccinated persons are eligible to travel on this tour over and above the prevailing covid protocols outlined by the respective countries
  • Passengers taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed breakfast. 
  • All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
  • Keeping in view the Luggage compartment of coach & Internal Flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size Bag of 20 kg and 1 carryon bag of 5 kg per person.
  • The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Air Tours Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process and any situation arising out of delay in granting visa by the consulate/embassy.
  • In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, theft, illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Air Tours is not liable to give any refund on unutilized services.
  • Please note that in case any clients loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
  • Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in Schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Air Tours will not be liable for the same. 
  • Air Tours shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement. 
  • Air Tours will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
  • Air Tours reserves the right to charge any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
  • Air Tours reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
  • There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
  • For the convenience of our passengers, Air Tours will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
  • If clients prefer to have meals on their own there will be no refund.
  • All hotels may not have Tea or Coffee machines in the room.
  • It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
  • Coaches may not have any Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
  • Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
  • The Tour Cost is a combination of all the arrangements and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. Tour cost is one component and not calculated individually.
  • Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check out is 1100-1200 hours.
  • Updating of mileage is subject to Airlines terms & conditions in group fare. 
  • We request the airlines for your preferred seats however this is as per their policy and at their discretion.

BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All services such as Airline seats/Hotels accommodation/ground transportation for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges:

MANDATORY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Keeping in view the safety of all travelers and as per the requirement of various countries, only fully vaccinated people who have taken the last shot / jab / dose at least 14 days before the travel date will be allowed on the tour..
CANCELLATION DUE TO BORDER CLOSURES:

In case we are unable to operate a tour due to Border Closure, Air Tours Holidays LLC will refund the deposit amount after deducting the administrative fees of US$ 100 per person. In the event that the entire tour cost has been paid by you and we in turn have paid our overseas tour operators, after which the tour gets cancelled due to Border Closure, then it is possible that we are not able to get the amount back, then we will try and get the refund or a credit note for a later travel date. Any loss due to the exchange rate will affect the refund amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
